Our wellness education sessions cover mental health awareness, substance use topics, coping strategies, and recovery planning in a way that is accessible, practical, and grounded in real experience. These are not lectures from a textbook. They are conversations led by certified peer supporters who know how to make complex topics relevant to everyday life, because they have applied these same strategies in their own recovery. Sessions are available for individuals and groups, and they are designed to leave you with tools you can actually use, not just information you heard once and forgot.
